Everything you put in Little Green Book stays on your phone.

The whole policy in one line: this app has no accounts, no servers and no analytics, and it does not send anything anywhere. Nobody, including me, can see what you write in it.
Your child's details, your schedule, your plans, your memories and any photos you add are saved in the app's own storage on your device. They are included in your iPhone's backup if you have one turned on, in the same way as any other app's data. They are not uploaded to me or to anyone else.
Nothing. There is no account to create, no email address to give, no analytics, no advertising, no crash reporting and no tracking of any kind. The app contains no code that makes a network request.
The app does not ask for the camera, the microphone, your location, your contacts or your calendar.
If you set a PIN, the PIN itself is never stored. Only a scrambled version of it is kept, in the iPhone Keychain, which is enough to check the number you type without ever holding the number itself.
If you send something to another parent, the app writes a small file and hands it to whatever you already use to talk to them, such as Messages or email. It goes directly from your phone to theirs. It does not pass through any service of mine. Only times, changes and practical details can be sent this way. Memories and plans cannot leave the app at all.
The app is for a parent to use. A child does not use it and does not have an account. Information about your child is written by you, kept on your phone, and never sent anywhere.
Open the app, go to your profile, then Keeping a copy. You can save a copy of your book first, then delete everything. Deleting the app from your phone also removes everything in it. Because none of it was ever sent anywhere, there is nothing for me to delete at my end.
If the app ever changes what it does with your information, this page will say so and the date above will change.
